What counts as a customer?

A person with a card at your business, counted once even if they have several of your cards. Customers themselves never pay anything.

For businesses

What happens at the limit?

The app warns you as you get close. At the limit, new customers can’t join until you change plans, but every existing card keeps working, also if you later move to a smaller plan.
