Customers
Is PIUS free for customers?
Yes, always.
Do I need to install an app?
No. PIUS works in your phone’s browser. You can put it on your home screen, and on Android add your QR code to Google Wallet.
How do I join a business’s card?
Scan the PIUS poster at its counter with your phone’s camera, log in or create your free account, and tap Join.
What does the business see about me?
Your name, and your cards, visits and rewards at that business only. Never your email, date of birth or postal code. Its statistics only show groups of at least 5 people.
Someone saw my QR code. What do I do?
On the My QR page, get a new QR code. The old one stops working at once.
Do my rewards expire?
No. A reward waits until the business hands it to you.
How do I delete my account?
On your Account page. It closes at once and is erased after 15 days; logging in before then reopens it as it was.
Businesses
How much does PIUS cost?
It is free up to 50 customers. Above that, Standard (€10 a month, up to 500 customers) and Premium (€25 a month, unlimited) will open soon.
What do I need?
An iPhone or Android phone with the PIUS app, and a printed QR poster for your counter.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your poster with their camera and join from their browser.
Can I change my card later?
You can change its name, rewards’ names and pause it at any time. The type (stamps or points) can’t change, and the number needed for a reward is fixed once a customer has joined, because customers were promised it. To offer something else, create a new card.
I added stamps by mistake.
Tap Undo: the last entry on a card can be undone for 5 minutes.
What happens if I reach my plan’s limit?
New customers can’t join until you change plans, but every existing card keeps working.
How do I delete my business account?
In the app, Profile, then “Delete my business account”. It closes at once and is erased after 15 days; your customers are then told by email.
